Vitamin B supplements may help people to fight depression, research suggests.   The B-complex vitamins are essential to mental and emotional well-being,  Vitamin B-12 and other B vitamins play a role in producing brain chemicals that affect mood and other brain functions. They cannot be stored in our bodies, so we depend entirely on our daily diet to supply them. We have all been warned about skin cancer and the fact that you must wear suntan lotion when going out into the sun. But is all suntan lotion safe as we believe it is…???

One of the very vitamins that helps use from developing cancer is blocked by putting on sunscreen and sun lotions.
